LONG ROAD FITNESS
-What is it? A monthly membership that will give you access to Long Road facility and equipment. Full access during non CrossFit and Bootcamp classes, Loft only during those times.
-What hours will it be open? Monday- Friday 5am-7:30pm, Saturday 7am-12pm, Sunday 11am-1pm
-Can I join in on CrossFit and Bootcamp classes? Group classes are not included in your monthly membership, HOWEVER, both style classes can be added via punch card. In order to join CrossFit classes, you must have completed our On-Ramp courses(3, 1 on 1 sessions) or have previously been a CF member. Bootcamp classes DO NOT require any introductory classes or courses.
-How can I set up on Ramp Courses?-You simply email longroadcrossfit@gmail.com to set up a day and time that works for you and our trainer.
-What is the cost? The cost is based on the number of months that you commit. Membership will be taken out monthly.
3 month commitment- $120-total= $40 dollars per month charge
6 month commitment-$210 total= $35 dollars per month charge
12 month commitment- $360 total= $30 dollars per month charge
Punch Card Cost
Bootcamp 5 sessions-$35
CrossFit 5 sessions- $50
-Are there personal training sessions available? Yes, they are available for purchase with trainer. Personal training session are $90 for 6-30 minute sessions. You DO NOT have to be a monthly member in order to receive personal training at Long Road.
