What do I need to do to start? - All new athletes to CrossFit must complete 3, one-on-one sessions with a trainer before starting regular classes. These on ramp sessions cover the basic fundamental movements that are completed in class. There are 3, one hour sessions that are scheduled depending on your availability. Movements covered in our on ramp session are as follows.
Squatting- Air, Front, Back, over head, and wall balls Pressing- Strict press, push press, and push jerk Gymnastics- pull-ups, toe 2 bar, hand stand push ups, rope climbs, dips, ring rows Cardiovascular-Jump rope, running, rowing and biking Weightlifting-Deadlift, Clean and Jerk, Snatch, SDLHP, Thrusters and KB swings
On ramp sessions cost a TOTAL of $60 up front, the money is then applied to your first months membership when complete.
